Description
Pleasant tasting nutritional yeast flakes are produced from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast is grown in enriched and purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions.
Indication
It has the following vitamins and minerals:
Iron: contributes to normal energy-producing metabolism, supports the immune system, and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
Niacin: helps the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Folate (folic acid)
Calcium: helps the normal function of digestive enzymes.
Potassium: contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Riboflavin: helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin B6: helps the normal functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.
Vitamin B12: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps the normal function of the immune system.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 2 tablespoons daily mixed in milk, fruit juice or vegetable juice. It can also be used in vegetarian recipes or added to protein shakes to increase the nutritional content.
